There are many life experiences that can produce feelings of grief in
a child, from divorce, death of a parent, sibling or an unborn sibling
to moving to a new neighborhood or loss of a dream. We will offer tips
for helping children deal with grief and discuss what is normal and what
is appropriate given the child's age and stage. Parents who lose a baby
are in grief and so are the other children who were expecting to have
a new baby brother or sister.
