IN MEMORY OF
JORDAN NICOLE LADD

born September 9, 1999 and died September 9, 1999.
Remembered by her parents:
After having a miscarriage in January of 1999 at 1-2 weeks we found out I was pregnant again on March 14, 1999. I had a normal pregnancy, I had been feeling the baby move and kick for a few months. Two weeks after my husband got to feel the baby kicking I went for my seven month check-up. I was at the appointment by myself when the midwife could only find my uterine heartbeat and not the fetal heartbeat. She sent me straight to the hospital for an ultrasound where it was confirmed that the baby had died to a blockage in the placenta. Two days later we had my labor induced. After ten hours of labor I gave birth to our first child, Jordan Nicole. She was born at 28 weeks. They said by the color of her that she had only died a few days earlier. There were no physical abnormalities she looked perfect. Now here I am one month and three days later still wishing I could have helped her. I miss her so much.

Your smile is gone for now, your hand we can not touch.
Thank God for precious memories of one we loved so much.
It broke our hearts to lose you, but you did not go alone,
for part of us went with you the day God called you home.
A million tears have been shed because you are gone.
If love could have saved you, you never would have gone.
Love, Mommy and Daddy
