Our hearts are broken with grief. I couldn't make myself to see you in the hospital, but Grandma did. We both want to remember you as 3 little angels. You'll always be in our thoughts and prayers. God has given you a better life in Heaven then you would have had here on Earth; if you had survived, being only 23 weeks old. Anthony take care of your sisters as big brothers do. Till we meet, Grandma & Grandpa love you today, tomorrow and always.
