IN MEMORY OF
JONATHAN LUKE RADEMAKER

born November 7, 1997 and died November 7, 1997.
Remembered by Mom and Dad:
You were born right on time. They laid you on mom's belly, you made one small cry, and peed on mom. Dad cut your umbilical cord. You didn't cry or move very much, so the nurse took you away, and everyone started working on you. If only they had known that several weeks earlier, your little diaphragm didn't form properly, causing your right lung to be cramped by the organs that grew upward instead of being held back by the diaphragm. You had such a strong heartbeat. We didn't know your heart had a hole in it. You were with us for only a few moments before they took you away. You fought your hardest, but your lungs just wouldn't work. Even though you were small, only five pounds, eighteen and a half inches, you were perfect in every way: dark curly hair, nose, fingers, and toes. We love and miss you so much! We know God had a reason for taking you to Heaven, and that you are now safe in the arms of Jesus. We will see you again someday! Goodbye little Jonathan!
