IN MEMORY OF
VAUVA KAKONEN

born Sunday, April 9, 2000 and died Sunday, April 9, 2000.
Remembered by Laura:
My beautiful aunt, Sari, who was more like my big sister, was so ecstatic when she found out that she was pregnant. We were all so happy for her, she already had 2 healthy girls who were also waiting eagerly for their next baby sibling. There were some complications in the middle of the pregnancy, but the doctors promised that the baby would be fine. He was indeed, until a day before he was born. He was said to have stopped moving. Sari was rushed to the hospital and induced into labor, and successfully delivered a beautiful baby boy, who was born dead. He was a stillborn. Although none of us got to know him, we all love him so much and miss him. I can't tell you how much this hurt everyone, even though he never even got to see the world. My poor uncle, his hope for a baby boy was granted, although not fully. I am grieving so much, I can't even imagine how much my aunt is going through. This baby lived inside her for almost a year, and then she lost him suddenly.
