IN MEMORY OF
NATALIE RAE HURD
stillborn April 13, 2001.
by Deborah Hurd:
“Glory baby, you slipped away as fast as we could say baby, baby...You were growing, what happened dear? You disappeared on us baby, baby... Heaven will hold you before we do...Heaven will keep you safe unitl we're home with you... But we miss you every day, miss you in every way...But we know there's a day when we will hold you, we will hold you...And you'll kiss our tears away...When we're home to stay...Can't wait for the day when we will hold you, we will hold you... But, baby, let sweet Jesus hold you, til Mom and Dad can hold you...You'll just have heaven before we do...
I can't imagine heaven's lullabies and what they must sound like... But I will rest in knowing, heaven is your home and it's all you'll ever know...“
That is an exerpt from the song “Glory Baby“ sung by Watermark (Nathan & Christy Nockels). It has made me both smile and cry in the almost 2 years since I kissed my glory baby good-bye. I do miss her in every way, every day. We have another beuatiful baby now as well as two older daughters, but they can't fill Natalie's place in our hearts.
Mommy & Daddy love you baby girl. We can't wait until we can hold you again.
